In the previous page, language as a problem was given more importance. However, if we look carefully, Seychelles is a place where people are fluent in English, which is a commonly spoken language.
Hence, I would be looking at a different country, where the problem of miscommunication can be applied in a better sense.

CHINA.
China is a communist country in east Asia. It is one of the most populous countries in the world.
Beijing is its capital and Shanghai, its largest city. The official language of china is Mandarin. It is a very interesting language yet is difficult to understand.
